  • 1 savoury pastry case
  • 200g sausage meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 beef Oxo cube


  • Chopping board

  • Frying pan
  • Wooden spoon

  1. Turn oven on at 190oc
  2. Carefully peel and chop the onion into small pieces
  3. Put onion into frying pan and cook it until soft
  4. Add sausage meat and Oxo cube to onions and stir until cooked (15 minutes)
  5. Beat the egg and add to the mixture
  6. Slowly and carefully pour the mixture into the pastry case
  7. Put in oven and cook for half an hour
