A healthy alternative to shop bought lollies which are unhealthy because they contain lots of sugar
  • 80g (3oz) raspberries
  • 200g (8oz) strawberries
  • 100ml (3½ fl oz) natural low fat bio yoghurt
  • 100ml (3½ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
  • Weighing Scales
  • Blender
  • Ice Lolly Maker
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Slice up the fruit
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth
  3. Divide into 4 ice lolly makers and freeze over night
