Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 175g unsalted butter
- 325g caster sugar
- 130g plain flour
- 3 eggs
Equipment
- 33x23x5cm Baking tray
- Greaseproof paper
- Bowl
- Saucepan
- Weighing scales
Making and cooking it

- Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F) gas 3
- Put the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water
- When melted, take from the heat and add the sugar to the mixture and stir thoroughly
- Afterwards add the flour and mix carefully
- Next, add the eggs into the mixture and stir until combined
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined baking tray and smooth out
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until flaky on top and soft and gooey inside
- Cool completely before slicing and serving
