Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 120g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120g margarine
Equipment
- Cake tin
- Cooling rack
- Wooden spoon
- Baking powder
- Eggs
- Flour
- Margarine
- Sugar
- Bowl
- Three tubs
- Scales
Making and cooking it

- Get a bowl and crack two eggs into it
- Weigh some flour into a bowl (120g)
- Weigh some sugar into a bowl (120g)
- Weigh some margarine into a bowl (120g)
- Put some baking powder in (1 tsp)
- Next mix the mixture thoroughly
- Put mixture into a greased cake tin
- Put in into pre-warmed oven at 170 degrees
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Take out of oven, remove from tin and cool on a rack
