This is a flourless cup cake recipe
Ingredients
- 150g soft butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- tsp baking powder
- icing
- sprinkles
Equipment
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Mixer
- Oven
Making and cooking it

- Heat the oven to 180c, 160c fan, gas 4
- Line a cup cake tin with 12 paper cupcake cases
- Place the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl then beat it with a wooden spoon
- Then add the eggs and the baking powder and mix till it gets light and fluffy
- Put the mixture into the cases
- Leave the cup cakes in the oven for 25 minutes
- Next when it has been 25 minutes, take them out and leave the cup cakes to cool down for 5 minutes
- After add the icing and the sprinkles.
- And you have done a cup cake
