This is a flourless cup cake recipe
Ingredients
  • 150g soft butter
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • tsp baking powder
  • icing
  • sprinkles

Making and cooking it

  1. Heat the oven to 180c, 160c fan, gas 4
  2. Line a cup cake tin with 12 paper cupcake cases
  3. Place the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl then beat it with a wooden spoon
  4. Then add the eggs and the baking powder and mix till it gets light and fluffy
  5. Put the mixture into the cases
  6. Leave the cup cakes in the oven for 25 minutes
  7. Next when it has been 25 minutes, take them out and leave the cup cakes to cool down for 5 minutes
  8. After add the icing and the sprinkles.
  9. And you have done a cup cake
