Ingredients
  • 500 m; Pea soup uncooked
  • Water for soaking
  • 3 l Broth of your choice
  • 15 ml Non-hydrogenated margarine Nuvel
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 branch Celery cut diagonally
  • 1 Carrot into small pieces
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 ml Ground savory
  • 60 ml Ham into small cubes

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Put the peas into a bowl and cover with water
  2. Soak peas 6 to 8 hours or overnight
  3. Discard the soaking water
  4. Mix in a salad bowl the first ingredients
  5. Add the peas and remaining ingredients in a saucepan
  6. Cover and simmer about 3 hours
  7. Serve
