Ingredients
- 4oz digestive biscuits
- 2oz caster sugar
- 2oz melted butter
- 2oz chocolate
- 1 teaspoon gelitine in two tablespoons of water
- 4oz chilled thick cream
- 2 egg whites
Equipment
- rolling pin
- whisk
- 3 bowls
- tablespoon
- wooden spoon
- serving bowl or little pots
Making and cooking it

- Crush biscuits with rolling pin
- Mix with sugur and melted butter
- Melt chocolate
- Dissolve gelatine and add to melted chocolate
- Add cream to chocolate mixture
- Whisk egg whites stiffly and fold into chocolate mixture
- Sprinkle layer of biscuit crumbs in serving bowl
- Put half of the chocolate mixture on top
- Cover with remaining biscuit crumbs and chocolate mixture
- Leave in cool place to set
