This is a vegan recipe

Use lots of fresh summer fruit. Make it pretty and serve it on its own. Sometimes simple is best.
  • A punnet each of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Healthier version
This is very healthy just as it is. If you grow fruit in your garden or go to the market to get local and fresh fruit, it tastes even nicer.

  1. Wash the fruit and take off the stalks and green bits
  2. Arrange nicely on a large pretty plate
  3. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
