This is a vegan recipe

You will need a juicer machine to make this smoothie. You will be surprised at how tasty this recipe is. Have it at breakfast time to give you lots of energy during the day.
  • 3 carrots, washed
  • ½ apple, washed
  • ½ orange, peeled
  • ½ boiled beetroot
  • 1 celery stick, washed
  • 2 large kale leaves, washed
  • Juicer
  • Glass

  1. Put the carrots, apple, orange, beetroot, celery and kale into the juicer
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve in a glass straight away
