- 3 carrots, washed
- ½ apple, washed
- ½ orange, peeled
- ½ boiled beetroot
- 1 celery stick, washed
- 2 large kale leaves, washed

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food. 1. Put the carrots, apple, orange, beetroot, celery and kale into the juicer
2. Blend until smooth
3. Serve in a glass straight away
