Ingredients
- 200 gm Mushroom
- 50 gm dry coconut
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 5 green chillies
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 t spoon sesame seed
- 2 table spoon oil
- 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
Equipment
- Gas
- Fry pan
- Big spoon.
Making and cooking it

- Clean mushroom and cut in to slices
- Greet dry coconut ,roast sesame seeds .Grind it
- Cut green chilly and coriander
- Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry green chillies first , add coconut and sesame seed powder
- Add turmeric powder and sliced coriander
- Add salt
- Now add mushrooms and fry till cooked
- Decorate with chillies and coriander
