  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 50 gm dry coconut
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 t spoon sesame seed
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • Gas
  • Fry pan
  • Big spoon.
Making and cooking it

  1. Clean mushroom and cut in to slices
  2. Greet dry coconut ,roast sesame seeds .Grind it
  3. Cut green chilly and coriander
  4. Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces
  5. Heat oil in a pan 
  6. Fry green chillies first , add coconut and sesame seed powder
  7. Add turmeric powder and sliced coriander
  8. Add salt 
  9. Now add mushrooms and fry till cooked
  10. Decorate with chillies and coriander
