This is a vegetarian recipe

A refreshing summer salad. Makes a good alternative to coleslaw. You could add chopped radish or celery too.
  • 250g Tomattos
  • 100g carrots
  • 50g fresh lettuce
  • half cucumber
  • 2 table spoons creme fraich
  • tea spoon salt
Healthier version
You can use half fat creme frache, to rewduce the fat without losing any flavour.

  1. First you need to get a grown up because there will be some cutting to do. First cut the tomatoes.
  2. After that cut the lovley carrots.
  3. Then get fresh lettuce and wash it with water. Then cut the lettuce
  4. Next get a grown up to cut a cucumber in half then cut it into little cucumbers.
  5. Then get a table spoon and the creme fraich. Then when you done all of the cutting you need to put 2 table spoons of creme fraich in your bowl whith your saled.
  6. And the last thing you need to do to get a tea spoon and the salt. then on the tea spoon you need to put a little bit of salt. Add
