Ingredients
  • reduced fat creme fraiche
  • 1 clove garlic (very finely chopped)
  • flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
  • chives
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

  • Knife
  • Scissors
  • Spoon 
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Tip the creme fraiche into a bowl
  2. Add the garlic and parsley
  3. Use scissors to snip the chives into the mixture
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Mix well and transfer to a serving dish
  6. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavours to infuse (this makes the flavours much more yummy!)
  7. Serve with baked vegetable crisps or carrot sticks

yummie, I love garlic. I use two tiny drops of vaillna essence and a bit of artificial sucar instead of honey.Did you ever try to fry garlic? slice a glove, really thin, half a second in hot oil and there crisp and yummie!!
