Ingredients
- reduced fat creme fraiche
- 1 clove garlic (very finely chopped)
- flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- chives
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Equipment
- Bowl
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Scissors
- Spoon
Making and cooking it

- Tip the creme fraiche into a bowl
- Add the garlic and parsley
- Use scissors to snip the chives into the mixture
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix well and transfer to a serving dish
- Leave in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavours to infuse (this makes the flavours much more yummy!)
- Serve with baked vegetable crisps or carrot sticks

yummie, I love garlic. I use two tiny drops of vaillna essence and a bit of artificial sucar instead of honey.Did you ever try to fry garlic? slice a glove, really thin, half a second in hot oil and there crisp and yummie!! |
