  • small cup plain flour
  • sprinkle dill
  • 30cm piece loin of cod
  • a dollop olive oil

Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Put the flour and dill on a flat plate.
  2. Mix it with your fingers.
  3. Cut the cod into two pieces, (in half).
  4. Coat the cod in the flour mixture on both sides. Make sure it is completely covered.
  5. Get a frying pan, put in dollop of olive oil and gently heat.
  6. Carefully put the cod into the pan.
  7. Flip the cod over after a couple of minutes.
  8. When the cod is golden brown on the outside remove from the pan.
  9. Then eat!
