Ingredients
  • 2 Veal sausages
  • 1 pretzel
  • 2 radishes
  • A teaspoon of butter
  • A teaspoon of sweet mustard
  • A pinch of salt
Making and cooking it

1. 3/4 fill a pan with water
2. heat the water on the cooker
3. Put the two sausages into the pan of hot water
4. boil the sausages for 5 minutes
5. cut the pretzel in half and butter the inside
6. put it on the plate
7. wash the radish and cut off the waste
8. cut a design in the radish
9. arrange on the plate
10. add a spoonful of sweet mustard on the plate
11. add the sausages from the pan
12. sprinkle a pinch of salt
