  • 3 cherry tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 45ml (2oz) sweetcorn
  • 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
  • 10 seedless red grapes
  • 1 leaf lollo rosso
  • 2 slices cooked beetroot (diced)
  • Knife
  • Serving Plate
Making and cooking it

  1. Wash all ingredients
  2. Slice tomato and arrange on a plate in a line
  3. Grate some of the carrot and line it up next to the tomato
  4. Spoon sweetcorn in a line next to the carrot
  5. Shred lettuce and place next to the sweetcorn
  6. Halve the grapes and add to the rainbow
  7. Shred the lollo rosso and add to the plate
  8. Decorate the rim of the plate with the diced beetroot
