- 50g (2oz) capers
- 3 boiled eggs
- 3 half slices lemon
- 1 onion
- 2 rose berry
- 4 figs
- half apple

- Chop 1 onion
- Peel 3 eggs
- Separate yolks
- Slice yolks thinly
- Chop whites
- Put apple in middle
- Put lemon on top
- Stick rose berry
- Add eggs, lemon, capers, figs and onions
