  • 50g (2oz) Icing sugar
  • 600ml (1 pint) Cream
  • 60ml (2 fl oz) Rose water
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 Raspberries
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Knife
Making and cooking it

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yellow yolk
  2. Whisk the egg whites once until they make stiff peaks
  3. Add the sugar, whisking all the time
  4. Add the rose water
  5. Add the cream to the mixture - keep whisking
  6. Cut the apple in half, and put it on a plate
  7. Place the rosemary on top of the apple like a tree
  8. Decorate with the raspberries
  9. Pour the egg white snow onto the apple
  10. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the snow to decorate
