  • 2 types of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5cm (2") chunk of cucumber
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 25g (1oz)of grated cheese
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 radish
  • 1 spring onion
  • 25g (1oz) mixed beans
  • Knife
  • Peeler
  • Grater
  • Serving Plate
Making and cooking it

  1. Peel and grate the carrot
  2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters
  3. Cut the radish and egg in a decorative way
  4. Slice the beetroot and spring onion
  5. Cut the cucumber into small wedges
  6. Arrange the lettuce in the middle of the plate
  7. Put the tomato alternately around the outside of the plate
  8. Put the egg in the middle of the plate with the radish on each side
  9. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the top
