This savoury rice dish is filling and tasty. There is a great video of it being made for you to watch too.
  • 1/2 kilo minced meat
  • 1 jar tomato juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pinch curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g cheese
  • chopping board
  • vegetable knife
  • mixing bowl x2
  • frying pan
  • wooden spatula or spoon
  • mixing spoon
  • oven proof dish
  • grater
Making and cooking it

  1. chop the onion and garlic
  2. fry the onion and garlic
  3. add the meat and fry
  4. add the tomato juice
  5. mix the tomato sauce with the rice
  6. add the eggs
  7. put in some cheese and mix
  8. bake in a moderate hot oven for 30mins
