This is Tallulah's soup, one of the soups made by pupils for the Spaldwick Community Primary School Soup Competition
Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 600ml (1 pint) of chicken stock
Equipment
  • Knife
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Saucepan
  • Blender
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

  1. Peel and cut the vegetables
  2. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan then drain
  3. Cook the carrots and leeks in the chicken stock
  4. Add potatoes and blend or mash
