Ingredients
- 1 small wholemeal pitta bread
- 1 medium sized boiled egg
- 3 pinches cress
- 2 x 15ml spoons (tablespoons) light mayonnaise
- 2 slices cucumber
- 2 slices sweet red pepper
- 1cm x 3mm piece celery

- Knife
- Fork
- Bowl
- Serving Plate
Making and cooking it

- Peel and shell the boiled egg
- Place the egg in a bowl and mash it with a fork
- Add the light mayonnaise and mix with the mashed egg
- Add the cress and mix with the egg mixture
- Carefully cut the pitta bread in half using a knife forming a pocket
- Using a spoon place the egg and cress mixture inside the pitta pocket
- Place the slices of cucumber halfway into the opening of the pitta
- Spread a little egg mayonnaise on top of the pitta bread to secure the slices of red pepper
- Put the piece of celery into the end of the opening of the pitta
