  • a handful of cress
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cheese slice
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 salad onion
  • a stick of celery
  • Sharp Knife
  • Large Bowl

  1. Wash the vegetables
  2. Put to one side one cherry tomato and a few leaves of watercress to garnish
  3. Chop the vegetables and cheese into roughly equal sized chunks
  4. Place the cut vegetables and cheese into a bowl and toss together
  5. Peel the hard boiled egg and slice
  6. Place the slices on top of the salad
  7. Carefully cut the remaining cherry tomato into a flower by cutting a zig zag line across the middle
  8. Place the remaining leaves on top of the salad and place the tomatoes on top
  9. Serve with salad cream
  10. Enjoy
