  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of cress
  • 1 slice of pepper

  1. Cut open pitta breads
  2. Slice cheese and cut into shapes
  3. Chop pepper, celery and tomatoes
  4. Place sliced cheese inside pitta
  5. Add all other ingredients
  6. Decorate with cheese shapes
  7. EAT
