Ingredients
- 1 mini pitta bread
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 1 slice cheese
- 1 shelled hard boiled egg
- 1 handful washed lettuce
- a small squirt salad cream
Equipment
- Sharp Knife
- Grater
- Serving Plate
Making and cooking it

- Slice Pitta Bread with a sharp knife
- Squirt salad cream over both surfaces of the inside of the pitta bread
- Add the lettuce to one side of the bread
- Carefully chop or grate the cheese and add
- Slice cucumber and add to bread
- Place second side of bread onto the cucumber
- Decorate your plate with tomatoes and cress
