Ingredients
- rough grained brown bread, 2-3 slices
- milk
- grease/butter for cooking
- 2 eggs
- honey
- nutmeg
Equipment
- Sharp knife
- Whisk or fork
- Pan
- Jug
- Wooden spatula
Making and cooking it

- Cut the bread into small chunks
- Beat the eggs, honey and nutmeg together
- Add a little milk and beat
- Melt the fat or butter in a pan
- Dip the bread into the egg and milk mixture and place in the pan
- Pour the rest of the mixture over the bread in the pan
- Allow to fry gently until the mixture sets

When it was frying it smelt of pancakes. I wasn't that sure of trying them at first because people said they were disgusting but when I tried them they tasted oddly nice. I'll give this a five star review and I recommend this for homework. Thanks for the recipe. |
